Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups semolina


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 3 cups water


  • 1 pinch saffron soaked in 2 tsp milk


  • 3 tsp chopped mixed dry fruits


  • 2 tsp tutti frutti


  • 4 tsp clarified butter


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/4 tsp halves cut almonds


  • 1 bowls whear flour dough


  • 3 cups oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Take a wok add clarified butter heat then add semolina roast for brown color then add dry fruits,cardamom powder,sugar and water mix and cook.
  • Then halwa released in sides add saffron milk and cook.
  • Then take a wok add oil then hot make a poori deep fry and serve with halwa.
  • Then halwa put serving bowl garnish tutti frutti and halves almonds make a flower shape.
